Introducing Veyda
One record for everything your health produces, and an intelligence that reads all of it. The beta opens today on iPhone, by invitation.
Most of us find out about our health in pieces. A ring that says sleep is trending down. A lab PDF from three weeks ago that is still sitting unopened. A portal that logs you out one time too many, and a training app that wants to know why output dropped. It is not that people do not care. It is that nothing was ever built to hold it all in one place, so caring means doing the connecting yourself.
And every one of those products works. That is the strange part. The ring is accurate, the labs are real, the doctor is good. What is missing is not another product. It is the thing that reads them together.
Health is fragmented. Veyda connects it.
What Veyda is
Veyda is a personal health intelligence platform. It brings your labs, wearables, medical records, and lifestyle into one Lifelong Health Record that you own, and it gives you Veyda Intelligence, purpose-built AI for personal health that reads the whole record at once.
Veyda was founded in West Hollywood in 2024 by a team that spent years inside one of the rare places where care already works the way it should: an integrated health club where physicians, trainers, and specialists in movement, recovery, and nutrition work from one shared picture. Inside those walls we saw how good health can feel when everyone caring for you sees the whole you. We also saw the limit: that kind of care lives behind a door most people never walk through. Veyda carries that standard of integrated insight to anyone with an iPhone.
You reach it through Sage, in the app or by iMessage. Ask why you are tired. Ask what your last two lab panels say about each other. Ask what actually changed since March. The answers come from your record, not from a generic article, and every answer shows its sources and how strong the evidence is, so you can see where a claim came from and how much weight to give it.
How it works on day one
You connect what you already have. Apple Health connects first and carries everything already flowing into it, including wearables like Oura, Whoop, Apple Watch, Eight Sleep, and Garmin. You can add one more connection on a free account, and upload any document, a lab PDF, a genetics report, or a specialist's letter, through Secure Files. Veyda reads it all together.
Then the record starts working. A single V-Score tells you how you are doing in plain language across medical, performance, recovery, and nutrition, and surfaces what changed and what matters. From there Veyda builds the plan: training, meals, and recovery routines that revise themselves as the data underneath them changes, with supplements and medications checked for interactions.
When a question is hard, Veyda does not guess. It convenes The Roundtable, where agents specializing in clinical evidence, labs, nutrition, training, recovery, health devices, and safety deliberate, and an orchestrator synthesizes one consolidated answer. You see the reasoning, the sources, and the confidence. And when a question belongs with a clinician, Veyda tells you, and makes sure you walk into that appointment with your whole story in hand.
This is a system that compounds. The longer you stay, the more it learns, the more precise it gets, and the more it can do for you.
Why the fundamentals are free
A complete record of your own body, and the ability to understand it, are the starting point of every health decision you will ever make. We do not think a starting point should carry a price. When the fundamentals are paywalled, the people who need them most are the first ones priced out, and everyone else starts every appointment from a blank page.
So the fundamentals are free, for life. The Lifelong Health Record, Veyda Intelligence, Apple Health plus one connection, and Secure Files cost nothing and never will. That is the mission in practice: put the fundamentals of personal health in everyone's hands, and keep them free.
Veyda Membership is the full engine, for people who want Veyda to do the heavy lifting. Verify your identity once and Veyda gathers your medical history for you, automatically, from more than 50,000 providers and participating health insurers nationwide. Your connections become unlimited. Roundtable Mode lets you convene The Roundtable on demand. Sage moves into a dedicated iMessage chat, so Veyda lives where your conversations already do. And member perks come along with it, with Veyda Concierge and Veyda Rewards coming soon. It is $19.99 per month or $199.99 per year, with a seven-day free trial.
And because Veyda reads everything, it often shows you what your body is asking for next. Sometimes that is a biomarker worth retesting, sometimes a specialized panel worth exploring, sometimes a gap in your routine that a supplement or a habit could close. So we offer the essentials too, for members who want them, starting with our own curated lab panels: comprehensive testing at competitive pricing, with in-home blood draws available for an added fee, live first in California. They are the first offerings in the Veyda Marketplace, which expands through the beta. And whatever you order, from Veyda or anywhere else, returns to the same record and is read alongside everything else. We are the layer above the stack, not another silo inside it.
What we believe
The wellness world is loud, and most of it is not very useful. So our values are written down, and we hold ourselves to them. We trust peer-reviewed research and clinical data over influencer trends and anecdotes. We build technology to make human expertise more accessible, never to replace the human connection. And we keep every claim cited and every source visible, so you always know where your health guidance comes from.
What we promise about your data
Your record is never for sale, never used to train models, and never shared with third-party advertisers. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in HIPAA-aligned infrastructure, and governed by strict privacy and data standards wherever third-party AI service providers are involved. You can read and edit what Veyda has learned about you, share specific access with your trusted providers, export everything, or delete your record entirely, at any time.
What happens next
Today Veyda opens on iPhone, invite-only. Everyone admitted during the beta joins as a founding member, with an exclusive founding rate held for the life of their membership. New enrollment opportunities open daily, and general availability follows in the coming months. After that, the roadmap runs in one direction: first your health data, then the people who care for you, then the places you go.
You are reading The Protocol, our editorial home. One dispatch a week: long-form, sourced writing across the pillars we build on. Medical, performance, nutrition, and recovery. Evidence first, no noise, free for everyone.
If you are ready to see your health in one place, request an invitation at veyda.com. And if you want Veyda for your company, your team, or your community, we are partnering with a first cohort of organizations; start that conversation at veyda.com/organizations.
Your health has been scattered across portals, apps, and folders for years. Starting today, it has a home.
Unleash Your Extraordinary™
The Protocol is general education, not medical advice.
Veyda is currently in private beta. Features and availability may change, and some features shown, including Veyda Concierge and Veyda Rewards, are coming soon. The Veyda Marketplace is launching with curated lab panels, available in California only at launch, with in-home blood draws for an added fee. Veyda is not a medical provider and does not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Veyda Intelligence provides understanding and guidance, never a diagnosis, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice; always talk to a qualified clinician about your health. Where relevant, our practices are HIPAA-aligned. Your record is never for sale, never used to train models, and never shared with third-party advertisers.
